    I have started jogging again, it,s relaxing. Turn on my music and runners app and I tune out the world I.m not the greatest at it and could use some tips especially when it,s hot! Any one else?

    I love running! It helps me blow off steam

    when I'm mad and helps me relax! I'm currently training for the run or dye marathon :)

    Even though my knees really cannot take the

    pounding, the only exercise I need is long-distance running---like 5 miles or more. Afterwards, my body is at peace and energized for the rest of the day. A great feeling.

    Well I Thought I Did?!?!

    Being 5ft 10 & weighing in around 90kg at the time, I found running distances a challenge but however, I set my goal of achieving 5k in 5 months and set off on a painful but rewarding task..I achieved it December 8th when completing a local Santa fun run... 7 months on, going...

    I was able to decreased my run time from 15

    So for awhile, I would get up each morning

    I run at least 30-45 minutes

    for a quick run non stop. For a enduring run I have gone at least a hour I think I was jogging some lol
