    Little Thing

Too often we don't realize What we have until it is gone; Too often it is to late to say "I'm sorry or I was wrong." Sometimes it seems we hurt the ones  held dearest in our hearts; We allow foolish things it seems to tear our lives apart. Far too many...

The little things that made a difference this

week: Beautiful Autumn days; Getting through another week of classes; Taking mental snapshots of inspiring scenes from Nature; Going around on my bike in the city after dark, enjoying whizzing along quiet streets; Spending time reading and thinking and writing; Enrolling my...

I typically enjoy the dailiness of my daily

days.... I kinda have to, and Im not trying to say I don't wanna because that would just bring any purpose to my Yolo filled time to an unaccomplished standstill >_< Hector: Uh o_O Me: I don't know man I stopped listening to this helpless nerve-wrecking wreck a few centuries...

I wish people stop blaming others

for what's wrong with their lives. Of course life gets hard but what can you do but just keep walking? Sitting and pointing fingers isn't going to solve anything. Just enjoy the little things in life, please. For example, I've been driving at night after work. It's been getting...

It Is the Thought That Counts.

I am not one of these women that want an expencive present.  I like little things I like the flowers in the spring, A candel light picnic on the beach, breakfast in bed everyonce in awhile.  I am a very giving person and think of the little things that may go unnoticed...

Enjoying a Quiet Day At Home.

My life is as busy as they come with work, friends, relationships. Today I am sitting here enjoying a nice quiet day at home. No going out, running errands. Just sitting here in the dark with the fireplace on and the computer.   It's really nice.

    Like the sound of rain

or neck kisses. The way a song can change your entire mood or how strangers smile when you walk by.

    What Matters Most

A soft breeze on a sunny summer's day, the serenity of a park or forest with tall trees and wildflowers, the crashing waves of the ocean and crying gulls, the company of animals both in nature and domesticated, making a difference in someone's life, brisk Autumn days, sipping...

    Just A Little

Sometimes all you need is one little thing to make the day go by. Even if it's just someone liking a status you post or just checking to see how you are doing. One little thing from someone you would never expect can go a long way. I get up in the morning just hoping that...

In my experience, there is nothing more

perfectly gratifying than waking up in the arms of the person you love. I experienced that feeling today. Though I don't remember many times where I woke up in my ex husband's arms feeling so whole and completely loved, I know that once upon a time they probably did happen...

I know this might sound quite sad,

but I really appreciate my evenings off work when I can chill on my sofa and watch Netflix with my snacks. I have no make up, got my comfiest clothes on and play games on my IPad. I feel like I should appreciate it more as I do a quite few night shifts at work where I am...

I am happy because I appreciate the simplist of

things if it's a kiss, a hug, a warm smile, sunshine, having a coffee and watch the world go by and I believe in finding the positives and the silver linings. Enjoy life to the fullest and savour every moment. :)

    I Am Such a Dork ;)

So I have been running around trying to get things done so I can make my appt. Usually when I get home from work I take off all my clothes with the exception of my undies and a A shirt (guys t-shirt) so I can be more comfortable. Well today that is how I was walking around the...

The first latte of the day is the best.

Twenty minutes of quiet with just me and my coffee, listening in stillness to whatever is around me.

So Many Things That Enrich My Life.....

A hug from a friend when I am feeling blue, a kiss on the back of the neck from my husband as I am doing dishes, the look af adoration from my dogs as I prepare their supper.  I love the smell of fresh cut grass and mouldy leaves in the woods, the feel of dirt between my...
