    I love walking trails,

especially in early autumn or when the leaves are red, orange, brown and yellow and scattered everywhere. If there's a bench right next to a lovely lake with canoes, that's a plus. I would walk by myself and think about everything or with the man I love. I thinks its so romantic...

    If There Are No Bugs!

I hate to be a big crybaby, but I had my fill of bugs when I was growing up in Minnesota. I love to walk along trails as long as I won't go home full of ticks or mosquito bites. Ewww!

    A Gentle Trek

Peaceful. Beautiful. Time to reflect on oneself and all the beauty that surrounds him/her. Wonderful.

I prefer to do it alone.

No talk, no phone, nothing but the leaves rustling in the trees, the ground crunching under my feet, birds flittering about, butterflies, wild flowers, animals skittering across the path, the sun moving slowly across the sky casting shadows on the path which could be beautiful...

    The Four Grandfathers

According to Black Elk, the Oglala people have an intricate belief system.  Basic to it are the Four Grandfathers:  The North Wind, the South Wind, The East Wind, and The West Wind.  These winds move all that is upon this earth and beneath this sky, our Mother and our Father...
