    Well cycling season came to an quick end early

    Every now and again I get this sudden burst of

    I guess it's not so much the working out part,

    but more of the feeling I have when I'm finished and of course the results as well. I work out hard, both cardio and weight training. I like having a well tuned and toned body.

    I learnt working out helps my depression

    Love The Feeling

    I am hooked on working out. Great stress relief and I like to challenge and push my body. Working out once you get started can be addicting. Now if I miss a workout I get anxious and grumpy. I guess there are worse things to be addicted to.

    I started running last year

    But I hate routine and I lose interest in

    slower things like yoga after about two weeks. I need a work out partner to make it more stimulating. I like structured stuff like challenges, I can stick to on my own... Idk it's weird haha but I love the feeling, like I'm accomplishing something and getting healthier.
