    EXERCISE!

    When I'm at the gym I give everything I've got

    to the point of almost passing out at times. I've had trainers comment on my intensity level for the 2 hoursim here. I can't do anything half added but always go overboard regretting it at times.

    Every Day.

    One of the first things I do every day is walk at least a mile and am building up to running that distance soon. Signing up to Yoga soon and then it'll be full gym stuff. OK,  iPod on shuffle mode, see ya later ;-)
