    Pain and Exercise.

     Yesterday I went for a long 4 hour walk before breakfast ( I don't recommend this).  Today my legs and hips are feeling stiff.  They haven't felt lke this for a very long time.  There's something addictive about excerise and tired muscles - I just want to go...

    I did half of one hour of body attack then went

    to the pool and exercised for an hour then I did an hour of Pilates 😊😀

    As many days as possible,

    and I use it as an anxiolytic and mood booster. (It does help).

    i love to exercise to keep in shape

    and to be the best i can in the bedroom, i run 10 miles a day do i can last in bed and not be out of puff after a few minutes lol

    Regular Workouts

    Every Day.

    One of the first things I do every day is walk at least a mile and am building up to running that distance soon. Signing up to Yoga soon and then it'll be full gym stuff. OK,  iPod on shuffle mode, see ya later ;-)

    I wish I had somebody to walk behind me and poke me with a stick to make me go on long walks! My friend mydogsugar is a walking fanatic and I admire her so much. When the weather cools down,I hope to start taking the ponies for walks....
