    Zumba Class

    Started going to Zumba class in the past few months, twice a week. I enjoy it a lot. Although some instructors are more dance-oriented than others, and I CANNOT dance. But a workout is a workout.

    Exercise

    I exeercise every day - lift sixteen ounce weights.  They don't weigh much after I've drank the beer out of them.  I figure I lift about a thousand pounds every day before i pass out er uh hmmm before I go to bed.

    Did my hardest workout yet.

    15 minutes of weights, 15 on the treadmill, and 17 on the StairMaster. I know my body, especially my heart, lungs, muscles, and blood, really benefited from the exercise, becoming stronger and healthier in the process. My mind also benefited, as I felt sharper and more alert...

    Staying at my ex's apartment

    where he has an exercise bike... Did it for just 30 minutes and my crotch is throbbing !! Lol... I don't get it. I was only wearing a night gown, but my bottom was covered. I guess in the future I need to make sure to wear undies and shorts... Oops

    Between 30 intense minutes on the StairMaster

    and all the walking I've done around my hilly college campus today, I've gotten in a ton of cardio. My body feels so energized, healthy, and strong, and I feel great knowing that I did something to take excellent care of my heart and lungs today.

    10k last night, ran most of it,

    Exercised For the First Time In a Long Time.

    I exercised today the first time in a long time........ I walked down to my locale pool 40 min walk and went for a swim, (I use to be such a great swimmer) swam for about 15 mins and walked 40 mins home.  I use to be in moderate shape and after today I know I'm out of shape...

    Yes I Did Exercise

    And it was really dark and scary out D: And I hauled ***. I think I should go on runs later as opposed to right after school because this way I get scared and I run faster. Good idea indeed.
