My Journey Through The World Of Lucid Dreaming

Background I am, by nature, a highly introspective person. From the time I first became aware of myself I wanted to learn what I could primarily through myself rather than other people. What's more I found my most lucrative source of information to be my own mind. I have a very...

I once tried to practice lucid dreaming.

At first I thought I was doing it but when I woke up, I couldn't remember everything, all the details of my dream. And I felt bad because I really wanted to experience lucid dreaming. It's a beautiful experience, this lucid dreaming.

as a symptom of anxiety, I have trained myself to remain conscious in dreams so that I can wake up and turn them off if they are triggering.

My Extremely Lucid Dream With A Deam Heath Ledger.

This was the most amazing dream of my life, BY FAR. It began like this... I was lying down at the local Siesta Key Beach on a towel in the sand. Bed posts were erected out of the sand at the four corners around me. Each with sheer silk drapes tied to their tops, blowing in the...

I'm always dreaming whether I'm awake or asleep, and it seems I'm always awake whether I'm here or in dreamland. I almost never lose time and I'm generally accurate within 12 minutes if I'm woken at night and asked. One of my friends even had a game going for a while where he...
