I Experience Lucid Dreams

Personal Stories, Advice, and Support 958 People

I am so in love with lucid dreaming.

It is so hard for me to wake up to the reality realization every morning. I have been using nicotine patches at night not just because I am quitting smoking, but because they give you INSANE lucid dreams every night! The first night I wore the patch I was doing backwards flips...

I'm always dreaming whether I'm awake or asleep, and it seems I'm always awake whether I'm here or in dreamland. I almost never lose time and I'm generally accurate within 12 minutes if I'm woken at night and asked. One of my friends even had a game going for a while where he...

I once tried to practice lucid dreaming.

At first I thought I was doing it but when I woke up, I couldn't remember everything, all the details of my dream. And I felt bad because I really wanted to experience lucid dreaming. It's a beautiful experience, this lucid dreaming.

Every once in a while (about every two weeks

or so), I wake up inside my dream and take control. Sure, I can fly, and control minds in the dream, but the real rush comes from building cities, having skyscrapers explode forth from their stone prisons. It's amazing.
