I sympathize with prettyk as I spend a lot of my life struggling with anxiety and do not know why I get so tense and anxious, silly isn't it? I find meditation and keeping busy really helps.

I am tensed and tired / drained/ exhausted...my muscles behind my neck, shoulders are killing me...f. it hurts. I bought myself muscles cream and so far it is not helping. All my muscles in this area feels trapped, congested. :(
