I Feel Physically Sick When I See My Body

I haven't been on this website in a while because I only write on here when I am depressed
which I suppose is a good thing... but I'm back now...
Lately I just feel really horrible and sad again
and I really don't have any reason to...

I am 18 years old and when I look at my self in the mirror I feel sick I hate my body so tryied doing exercise but I seem to put on more I don't no what to do

My body is to blame...........only attractive people seem to have real enjoyment and fun, something I desperately want, but my body is repulsive girls, and I live in a cloud of self hatred because nobody could find me attractive. too...

When i look in the mirror its like im looking a vomit.
i can't find i nice thing to say about my body.
its horrid.
i hate it.
i can't even look in the mirror without wanting to smash it because of what i see.
