Back when I use to believe,

I'd go to the park on Sundays instead of church. I had a good relationship with God but over the years I've become skeptic of the idea. I'm actually starting to believe again tho.. When winters over its back to that park!

I'll be the first to admit I'm God's loyal

opposition. I don't get him and I wonder if he even cares but I do know he's out there somewhere and that is never more evident than when I look at the miracles of nature. The vast seas populated by the various forms of undersea life, the mountains and the praries. When I have...

I think lots of church's are drama filled,

gossipers, hypocrites who judge you because you sin differently than they do. It takes away from what God meant for his church to be... In nature you see His creation, the beauty and wonder of it all. There is no judgements there, no one to whisper about what Jane wore to church...

I Was Watching The History Channel Sometime This Week...

And there was a documentary on ancient Egypt. Now, as a disclaimer, the History Channel does try to push off some absurd ideas about anything of the unknown and undocumented. But what they brought to light in this documentary, was 100% factual. This info was written and dated at...

    Is This An Omen?

One day early in the Year, while weary of being housebound, I looked out the window to the North, that some outside energy might enter my dim heart. The snow-clad hillside across the creek shone so oppressively my eyeballs began to threaten to instigate a migraine. But I had to...

    My Experience With God

What you are about to read is fact. There are no embellishments, no deceit, and no misinformation. My name and age are irrelevant at this point in time, but my presence must be made public. What you are about to read is a revelation on life, a testament to truth, and an...

because churches are created by humans

but the nature is created by God. In every plant, in every little ant I can feel his spirit.

My Own Views On the Matter.

I grew up in a relatively strict church with a whole lot of...nothing worth being there for. I felt condemned for every view that I had, even though what they supposedly believed I agreed with - emulating Jesus' love, having a faith in God, having an appreciation for all around...

    I Don't Know If I Call It "god" ...

I'm not sure what it's name is.  I just know that when I am in nature ... when I see a beautiful sunset or witness an event in nature up close ... it moves me enormously.  It makes tears sting at the back of my eyes and drags on my throat, making it ache.  It's an...

I try to be close to God

but sitting inside of a church is difficult for me because I get antsy. When ever I am in nature and observe all of his amazing creations I often feel he is sitting beside me.

    Church Vs Nature

I went to church last week, sat in a pew listened to the pastor talk and then we sang and as I was sitting there surrounded by all these people, listening, reading, singing, I felt out of place.  Thinking I would feel God close to me but unfortunatly I didnt...
