    There is no better feeling than digging in the dirt... to be hot, oiled, sweaty, sunburnt and covered in dirt at the end of the day is heavenly :)

    And It Is Good

    i have done it for 9 years now.and it has done more to help me than 12 years of therapy.i have some tropical flowers,angel bells,clementas,roses.i am constantly being told how beautifull my yard is.but thats not whyi do it.i do it to relve stress.and i also have tomatoes,i hope...
