He have his I - 94 and he moved to canada as a refugee after 4 year he left back home becuae his case got rejected from canada , but he did not know that he have to return his I -94 is there anyway to return his I -94 and clear his record from USA becuas if he did not return his I - 94 that mean his still over stayed in USA . So Someone can give me quick advice please.
