TIME IS UP AND OVERSTAYED MEANS VIOLATION OF THE AGREEMENT - As an example understand those who immigrate with all good intention as one of my friends from Brasil who worked, paid her taxes - and wham! THE IRS flagged her for paying her taxes!!! Shipped her back to Brazil and I am sorry but she is so beautiful but RESTRICTED FROM EVER AGAIN RETURNING TO USA
Tell your friend to start packing because the experince is totally humiliating - There is no excuse for breaking the agreement in the first place - That is two strikes against your buddy - what an *******!
We need action like this today for all illegals who intend to immigrate but not assimilate.
