    Stupid Elevator

I went to my friends and her building the elevator was out of order so I had to climb the stairs to the third floor. Haven't had to climb stairs in a long while. I had to sit on the steps at each floor just to catch my breath and when I got to her apartment I was sweaty and felt...

    I Used To Dance???

To think I used to dance and now I'm tired just climbing a flight of stairs! I wish my dance teacher could see me now! She would be so disgusted it would be hillarious. She hates fat people. She is the total opposite of me. I love my blubber :)

So, recently, I have been trying to gain fat

and lose muscle. I've been successful! My belly has grown by 2 inches, my arms hang down a lot more, and my thighs are HUGE! My XL clothes are starting to look a tiny bit snug on me. Before my winter weight gain, I could run up 3 flights of stairs at 3 steps a second and not get...

I am not very heavy in weight (90kg

and 1.85m high), but as a very heavy smoker I am winded after climbing some stairs, too. Heavy smoking helps me to not gain weight (I used to have 78 kg when I was 18 and doing sports, but since my mid 20s I have always stayed 90 kg).

    Suuuuper Winded

Going up the stairs has been difficult for as long as I can remember, but recently I have noticed a significant decline in my fitness level. I avoid going up stairs if at all possible, but when I have to I feel like I just finished running a marathon by the top! My belly...

Update - 5 months ago I posted a story in this

group about my difficulty climbing stairs, and that's now over 30lb's ago! I thought I would post here as I had to walk up two flights of stairs yesterday and it was very difficult. I was very winded from a few steps and needed a break after every few steps! Having to lift my 46...

So with me passing the 450 point I have noticed

that climbing even a flight of stairs brings me too an exhausting point like no other. I have to stop to take a few minute breather just because it's so exhausting. It's definitely making me think other wise about ever climbing stairs again. No use in wasting precious calories...

but my room is on the second floor so I have to use them everyday. Luckily for me, my mom is always bringing me and my sibblings snacks when we are upstairs. When I do climb stairs, I can climb a flight a few times a day without much trouble because I do it every day, but I get...

of the building. I walk up the stairs everyday, and every time I get to class, I'm always panting, my face is red, and I'm sweating. Sometimes I need to stop and catch my breath on the way up!

    Stairs Aren't My Friend

    Fatty On Stairs

So I haven't taken the stairs at work in about

60 pounds, but the elevator was being worked on today so I had no other option. I've always thought of myself as a "fit" fat girl, but evidently I need to revise that opinion. I work on the second floor and felt like I was going to pass out by the time I made it to my office...
