I Get Pains In My Shoulders, Neck and Back

I'm on one which causes muscle stiffness.

yeah I do I have what the doctor says "cervical reverse curvature"
its where there is supposed to be a curve in the neck vertabre but mine is straight apparently it is faily common

My back and shoulders have been hurting me for as long as I can remember. It used to be because I was VERY big, but now it's just cos I've got some problem with the cartilage in my back. Don't know what. I wasn't paying attention. But...

I've had bursitis in my shoulder and back issues from the last birth but I mostly think I'm just getting old. Nothing a little motrin won't cure.

parted company with my horse a few too many times. having fallen off on the roads and on wet sand too many times my lower back is all twisty and crap. thats not helped by my right hip which has a habit of popping out after i dislocated...

I am always in pain, i hate it. its worse if i've done any form of exercis, even walking, it just gets so sore and extremely uncomfortable, i thought it would go away but it didn't. i went to my doctors and he prescribed medication...

I work in a bakery, so I do a lot of standing...on a very hard floor. Plus, it doesn't help that most of my shoes are vans slip-ons, chucks, etc. No support whatsoever. I'm pretty sure my posture isn't very good, so with these things...

My neck injury was originally caused by a major MVA in 1983.  As I've gotten older the problem has become worse.  No doctor will operate since I can still use my arms and hands.  Any surgery has the risk of paralysis...

Think it is aided by spending long work hours before a computer.
Most desks and chairs are not egonomically made for long durations in the same position.

Maybe I sit wrong or something, but I'm not sure=[ I hate it! It hurts right now too...

I get this pain when I'm stressed out or depressed.

I started having having migraines about 5 years ago, just out of the blue... the docs didn't know what brought them, they just kept saying maybe it was stress... after 3 years of the migraines and being treated for them, I was shoveling...

my neck and shoulders hurt.....I think a lot of it has to do with how I sit...and it's where all my stress goes. I am always tense. I meditate and relax as much as I can. I'm not sure exactly what to do.

I am in pain right now from an old neck injury from when I was 13. I went to physical therapy for a while after the accident and now that I am 31, it is awful. I was seeing a chiropractor for about a year and it seems as if I am worse...

In '89 I fell out of a moving car. In '91 I rear ended a stopped vehicle because my breaks went out. Then this last Oct I did it again...the rear ending thing...was raining & I was going to change lanes & traffic just stopped...
