My husband got a vasectomy in November of 2013.

We have three sons and twin daughters. The girls are the youngest of our children just born in September of 2013. The decision had been made before their birth, if I ended up needing an emergency c-section I would get my tubes tied, if not we would have my husband get the snip...

It wasn't as bad as people say it is,

do what the doctor tells you and swelling will be minimal. It was strange being bared in a cold room waiting for the surgeon though. lets just say there was some shrinkage involved, and having my junk manhandled was a little weird. in my case pain was minimal though.
