I Had My Wisdom Teeth Removed

It took me almost a year to find an oral

surgeon due to my ****** insurance. Once I found one, they were able to get me in within a month. During that time, I scared myself reading everyone's horror stores online, listening to coworkers and relatives experiences. When I got to the surgeon's, almost 2 hours from my...

    It was April 10, 2013.

I was 18. I wasn't really afraid. But I was some-what when the minor surgery was over. The reason being that I have absolutely no recollection of being led out of the surgery room and out into the hallway and across the hall to the recovery room. I've never experienced something...

    Whoo~ That was super easy.

The worst part was probably going there. I was very nervous and had to go into the surgical room all by myself. It was a little scary. They gave me laughing gas and let me relax a little bit. Once I was relaxed my doctor came in, greeted me, asked me if I took my meds and if I...

Happens when you don't go to the dentist for 10+ years.  I use it now as a lesson to my kids that they should always brush their teeth, and need to visit the dentist.

And it sucks so bad. Surgery was fine

because I wasn't awake for it. But now I'm swollen and bleeding. :( I guess it's not that bad, but it's still not fun.

I had 4 of my Wisdom teeth removed about a

month ago, and honestly, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I chose to be put under, as oppose to being just numbed up. For two reasons: 1. Apparently they were going to be sawing through my gums, to get two of the teeth out, and I didn't really want to be awake for that...
