I had been putting this off for months and finally one of them got infected so I had no choice, it was time to get my wisdom teeth pulled.  I went the route of having an oral surgeon knock me out and pull them out.  It didnt hurt much, I didnt swell up.  It is just...

    Removal Of My Teeth

I have read a couple of stories on here about having your wisdom teeth being removed and how it is not so bad. I beg to differ. When I was 19 my dentist told me that all four of my wisdom teeth were growing in sideways and were starting to run into my molars! They would all...

I remember trying to feel up the dentist. They used gas and an I.V. on me. I was sooooo gone. I was trying to tell the dr. thank you and I was reaching out. I think I got his butt. Good thing he was cute. And he gave me percocet. :D

    Whoo~ That was super easy.

The worst part was probably going there. I was very nervous and had to go into the surgical room all by myself. It was a little scary. They gave me laughing gas and let me relax a little bit. Once I was relaxed my doctor came in, greeted me, asked me if I took my meds and if I...

    Tackling the Terror

My biggest beef with wisdom teeth experience stories is that none of them really console the fears you may have over the ordeal, and the more stories you read, the more afraid and hesitant you'll become to have the operation done. So I hope my words of wisdom (no pun...

I had 4 of my Wisdom teeth removed about a

month ago, and honestly, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I chose to be put under, as oppose to being just numbed up. For two reasons: 1. Apparently they were going to be sawing through my gums, to get two of the teeth out, and I didn't really want to be awake for that...

Getting my wisdom teeth pulled wasn't too bad

for me. It was the most painful thing ever, but my cheeks didn't swell and I didn't get any infections or anything. The worst part of having my wisdom teeth pulled was not being able to eat for like 2 weeks, that was ******* terrible.
