    I have always loved to swim,

    but my age is hampering my ability to enjoy it now. Lately, my shoulder has been hurting me quite a bit after a swim. Right now I cannot lift my arm! I am 45 years old but I feel like 80? I know, 80 will be much worse. I have that to look forward to. :(
