I weigh 105 - 110 Lbs and use to weigh 120 but I lost so much muscle mass, my skin is now more fatty and flabby. My body is weaker and I look fatter instead of thinner. The numbers say different but my body looks worse than before. I regret hating my it.
I hate my shape. I have really big hips which just adds to how fat i look. I weigh 49kg and am 5ft 4. I really want to lose weight and will do anything :(((( please help me :(((( x
