    Ouch.

now that joint and muscle pain has turned my body into that of an 80 year old, i absolutely detest stairs. during a fire drill at work a few months ago, i had to go down 21 flights of stairs to get to "safety." i could barely walk for days afterwards, my legs were so...

    Bad Knee

I have a bad knee. I tore my ligament in my left knee so I avoid stairs as much as I can. Whenever I put pressure on the knee, it’ll  make my knee blow up like a tennis ball so if I had to go and down the stairs, I would be in so much problem. I can’t even play...

    Or Rather Stairs Hate Me!

I always seem to trip up on them or miss my footing. Once I went on this date with a bloke to the cinema tripped up and slid down the stairs on my belly I had a huge carpet burn on my stomach and then when I stood up my trousers were open. Needless to say, he didn't ring me again...

    Too Fat For Stairs

My wife hates stairs because she's put on so much weight. It's a real struggle for her to get up even one flight. She has to grab on to the hand rail and lean her free hand against her thigh to pull herself up one step at a time. By the time she's at the top of the stairs, she's...

Stairs are a fatty's natural enemy,

and my sister just had to move into an apartment on the top floor of her building that doesn't have an elevator! I went to visit the other day and gravity was against me after the first flight, never mind the next nine!

    Climicophobia

That's the name for the fear of falling downstairs. When I was four years old, I fell down my home stairs, twisted my spine all out of alignment and I still deal with back issues... I hit my head on the wall, and have no real memory after that. Since then, I have been absolutely...

    Small Steps

I cant move quickly up or down stairs because my feet are bigger than the steps themselves so I am always unbalanced and on my toes. I HAVE to hold on to the hand rail otherwise I WILL fall. YAY FOR ESCALTORS AND ELEVATORS!

After all my gluttonous feasting at christmas

I've really blown up like a blimp and piled on the pounds! I made a new years resolution to take the stairs at every oppertunity so I could feel all my extra fat jiggle and wobble and too see just how much damage I've done to my once skinny body by gorging non stop on chocolate...

    Stairs

Ever since I got pushed down the stairs by my ex boyfriend, I've been terrified of them. I still use them(I have to for school and hotels), but when I do it feels like my heart and stomach are sinking, like when you almost fall off of something high up in the air. I hate it!
