    What a load of bollocks.

    Are you doing it live longer, I don't think so? Its all about vanity and fitting in with the main stream. Well I ain't main stream and I only want fit in with intelligent free thinkers like myself. Sure, work out and stare at your body in the mirror, love your image narcissus!

    Plyometrics today :) one of my favorites. Did 3 heights of box jumps and some line jumping for speed. Jump squats ahh and a few P90X plyo exercises. I feel great :)
