I was working out at the gym at my school and I heard one of my classmates say that they can't do a work out. and I went over to them to help them out trying to get them motivated...
I started working out and I'm so happy my legs are stronger and my butt is more toned and bigger as well I'm so proud of myself and of my butt so far :)
So Saturday morning, gotta big hangover , gotta work four hours, out of coffee, I am about to find out if roomie drove all of the gas out of my car last night.... Dang!

Plyometrics today :) one of my favorites. Did 3 heights of box jumps and some line jumping for speed. Jump squats ahh and a few P90X plyo exercises. I feel great :)
