I Hate Yelling

If yelling makes you nervous, if someone yells at you, if you hate being yelled at or having to yell, if you always have to say don't yell at me. 429 People

I hate it when people raise their voices in

anger or frustration. I'm sure that it all dates back to my childhood, because my Dad yelled all the time. I hated it then, and I still hate it now. I'm one of those people who stays pretty calm and I try particularly hard to keep my voice even when I am angry. I prefer to...

There is nothing I hate more

than yelling. I hate being yelled at more than anything else. I hate listening to other people yell at each other. I wish there was only one volume people had. When I hear people yell, it makes me either really angry or really upset. When I get really angry, I usually either...

It's suffocating me. I can't breathe in this

house anymore. There's no such thing as silence. I can't handle the noise. I just want everyone, everything to stop...Just be quiet! Just be calm.

    I remember I was in 4th grade,

my parents use to yell, and fight a lot. My mom, and my sister, and I would drive to this town every weekend so we could see my dad. I never really enjoyed going up there to much. I mean I love my dad, but back then I just knew it was another week, which meant another fight. I...

    🐾Why not just howl?

or bark or growl?it releases the tension just as well and isn't as loud and hurtful to others!i have had so many bad experiences with yelling.i cower, think flashes of red and orange, the tongues of flame licking at my existence.it is awful, and I wish it didn't exist...

That feeling of someone yelling in your face.

. makes me wish I could just craw into a corner somewhere. Maybe someday people will realize that yelling doesn't bring your point across stronger, all it does is make you and everyone else around you angry. ;3

    What a huge turn off

for me. And I'm not talking sexually. I mean once someone starts yelling in an angry way. I am done. I've stopped listening. Already moving on.

    I have said this before,

but despite my best efforts to give my children a comfortable life, I've raised BRATS. My intention is not to spoil them, but make them self reliant. I feel like I have failed. We try to be supportive of their endeavors and they're lazy and/or selfish. They take us for granted...

    It's Awful

My dad once told me yelling is a sin. I believe it. Yelling is horrible, there are things I do and don't do because of something from the past that had something to do with yelling. My worst memories are associated with yelling of some kind. Some of these memories are as long as...

    Yelling, Ugh!

I don't like it when people yell at me. I don't like it when people yell at eachother in front of me. It shoots my anxiety to the roof! Yet I tolerate it for only a short time. It takes me 2 days to get over people yelling in front of me. I'm very sensitive to any negative...

Irritates the living heck out of me.

Especially if it's one of those females who keeps running their mouth and won't shut up. If it's a small argument then there's no need to escalate it into a big fight. It's very simple, you don't have to scream like a maniac to get your point across.

    Yelling Gives Me A Headache

A Saturday morning is supposed to be quiet. Eating your breakfast, drinking a nice hot cup of tea or coffee, watching your favorite show or listening to soothing music, or just getting ready to go to work or do errands. Not me; all I hear is my grandmothers' long term boyfriend...

I went out for a nice quiet drink last night to
