    I'm Anemic

Starting my high school year I realized I'm starting to hate physical education. Next year, I might do R.OT.C. Reason, is becasue all we do is run far. We run a mile or more around this huge *** track. I'm anemic & I get tired real fast. My gym teacher be getting mad or gets me...

    Pe

What a waste of my life. I could have been taking a useful class instead of this one but NO! my state requires PE.  The activities we do in there arent even productive. They totally dont help people lose weight and have a better body.

I am a complete loser and failure in Phys Ed. I suck so bad, I'll make anyone seem like a pro at any sport. I am so slow, that I failed on the Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run (PACER). The score I got was an 8, while most people score 20 or above. I also got an F...

I've always hated P.E. Teachers yelling at you for not being fast enough ("GO FASTER!" "But coach, I'm going as fast as I can! What do you expect? Me to be a professional track star?" "YES! GO FASTER!"), people trying to bully you ("LOL You can't run!" "I have a medical issue...

    So Painful!

I swear, my high school PE coach was trying to kill me. My class was ninety minutes long, which meant speed walking a mile, then jogging the straights for a mile, then push-ups, lunges, and reverse lunges. I cannot do a push-up. Period. Sit-ups and crunches yes, but not push...

I was out of shape so it was kind of hard, but it wasn't enough to actually put me in better shape so i didn't enjoy it. When i got into weights i got into way better shape. It was a lot harder, but i got results from it.
