    Just A Lil Bit

Apparently when I talk I have the tiniest bit of a british accent. Though I don't notice it at all. When I was little I used to travel all over Europe so I guess I must have picked it up a little while flying through there. I'm good at my british accent too though I'm so used to...

Which is probably because I'm British.

but I mean, people who say it's an amazing accent haven't heard all the variations. Like, in my family alone there's a Cornish, Scouse and Northern accent, none of which are that cute :') I don't even know the point of this experience whatever hi how is everyone I hope you're...

It bothers me when people emulate my accent.

If I tried to imitate theirs, they would become frustrated with me! Why is it fun for them to butcher my accent, but if I were to try to copy theirs, it would be considered disrespectful?

I certainly do, although it's not the "British

accent" that most foreigners think of. I'm from the north of England and am proud to have a local accent from my hometown.

Take the Girl Out of Kent

You can take the girl out of Kent, but you can't take the Kent out of the girl! I haven't lived in Kent (except for visits) since I was seven, but still have the accent. Sometimes it is helpful, but most of the time, it is a hinderance!

    Very Unusual

I've never even  been outside the States, but I grew up around British accents and just acquired it as a child. Everyone I meet assumes I was raised in England, but I was actually born and raised in the southern United States V,(^_^)
