Its like this ok if I go to bed at the same time or later than my boyfriend I have to constantly 'jump the bed' at just the right time so his snores get interrupted and stop then I can tell him to roll over which then will give me a 2 to 4 minute window to hopefully fall...

And we've been talking about him visiting a

doctor and getting some cure, but so far we've had other things to take care of and snoring is not a top priority at the moment. So I found a temporary solution that more or less works for me. I use earplugs. My hubby often gets to go to construction sites for work and gets...

    Drives Me Insane!!!!!!

He snores so loud, guys.  He's about 150 pounds heavier than I am, and he's just like a boulder in the bed, and his snoring is so loud that even though I wear airline approved earplugs, he still manages to get through them.  As a result, my sleep is disrupted, and I...

A Good's Night's Sleep Is Essential to Well Beingt

Sorry the surgery didn't solve your husband's (and your) sleep problems.  Like many middle aged, overweight men, I snored quite loudly - my boys could hear me snoring two floors away!  A night in a sleep clinic diagnosed apnea and I got immediate relief with a...

But I Think We Found a "Cure"

When we were first together, my husband (boyfriend at the time) would only snore for less than a minute after falling asleep...then he would somehow stop...and then I would be able to fall asleep.  I am a light sleeper.  Yet, over the years (and with the with the bit of...
