you never feel at peace .You never know how or when he can be irritated . Even when he wants to help, there is so much drama and so much complaining and yelling and fighting . Even fun events are a pain to get through. It gets way too much for me to handle sometimes ..

    I have started seeing someone

as of recently and we have truly created a unique bond. I can see the signs that he has anger issues but he has been amazing so far; using self management. He had an outburst, for lack of a better word but says he will seek counselling. He has booked an appointment. I have...

Well not anymore (i am only beginning to feel

grateful for the separation) but when we exchange our daughter today i realized just how out of control her anger issues have become. She is consumed, engulfed, drowning in a rage that is beyond my comprehension.
