I've had my scar for almost 25 years with no problems.  Out of the blue there seems to be some fluid buildup at the end of the scar near the top of the scar.  Is that possible?  If it is, then what can I do to get the fluid out of there.  Thanks

yep, it is possible.  I've had a scar for a little longer than you and the fluid occasionally builds up...it's natural.  If you're worried, and are able to, I would get it checked out by a medic but it should go away on it's own.

Keep a close eye on it though - if it goes red or starts to hurt more than normal then it possibly is infected (highly unlikely). If you can get some bio oil it will help disperse the fluid if you massage the oil in twice a day....

The fluid in my scar cleared in about 8 weeks.
