Ahhhh ... you mean the muscles in your stomach! Yah, we all have 'em don't we? I mean, if we didn't, we'd just kinda flop over ourselves 'cause there'd be no muscle to keep us erect ... uh ... by "erect", I mean our bodies straight you naughty people you ;)

Now I'm working on the bottom 2 packs but it's really hard to get lol
and limit your food you can do serious damage what you want to do is get a amount if weight then a good meal then work out
I do have abs hahaha guys get on my level :p
We have a Pilates class at school and it gave me really nice abs my boyfriend loves it and so do i lol I had abs before but there is nothing like pilates abs im telling you
Somewhere under this thick coating of belly, there lives a great set of abs... 8 pack back in HS, but now, just a solid mass of hardened muscle that is proving impossible to get rid of.
so much now :( I got stomach cramps constantly :( argh I wana ripe them off :( it hurts it hurts it hurts :'(
DAMMIT! No matter how hard I try, I can't get the last set of two.....I need the bottom ones.....It's just a flat area with no abs......How do I get it?
now that my arm has healed from surgery
but i do have abs probs cause i do dance, skate, running and train a lot.
I have abs, but I'm actually a really big couch potato. Haha. Except during the marching band season. Lol
and wa-la? I've got um, will I am skinny but I thought I had gained weight as my skinny jeans felt tighter.idk
but I've been working out for baseball. Determined to get there 😈
