I Have Adhd, Anxiety and Depression

Personal Stories, Advice, and Support 596 People

I think my depression is getting worse.

I cry, yet I feel numb and somewhat empty. My moods are more volatile and varied. I have more anger now too. Ugh I'm a mess, but it could be worse I guess.

    Worst combination ever.

I'm impulsive, very clumsy and interrupt all the time especially when i'm comfortable-ish with someone, poor social skills too. At the same time i have anxiety and fear of crowds and social events and no friends at all now because of my shyness, as a little kid i lived to...

It's not easy. People don't understand how

badly my adhd affects me in school, my self esteem, and honestly just everywhere. I hide my anxiety and depression but a lot of that's caused from my adhd. I just am sick of feeling like I don't have friends, always being worried, and never being able to focus. This is just all...

I interrupt all the time, get distracted all the time, random a lot of the time, and fidgety.

Getting anxious because I can't do everything right. Then get depressed about my life conditions. I need to get rid of this unholy trinity so bad.

I only recently realized I have ADHD.

For example, I can literally forget something I bought a minute prior. Basically if I don't have Pen-and-Paper or a keyboard or phone handy I'll most likely forget to perform a task. The funny thing is I can remember really mundane things In Detail, like some unimportant comment...
