I'm not really sure if I have Agoraphobia

or not… I think I'm fine going as far as I can away from from home, but when it starts getting late I HAVE to be home. I can panic if its dark out and I'm not home. It's gotten better over time, but I still don't think I could leave over night, without my family member I live...

I can leave my home and I do things hours away, so I have a pretty decent sized "comfort zone". The problem is that my agoraphobia has really prevented me from enjoying traveling. The weird thing is that I love going to new places and I have a huge list of places that I want to...

    It's relatively minor,

certainly compared to other people anyway. I just don't feel comfortable out of the house, certainly not on my own anyway. If I'm with another person I do feel calmer, even if I'm talking the arm and leg off them. But on my own, I'm on edge, anxious and worried.
