I'm Sorry I Hurt You Mom

You're the only one I can talk to. With dad always in the basement avoiding the world and Lindsay up in her room avoiding me you are my whole family. When I need to talk about my friends and complain about school you're there. When I'm sick or in pain you're there. No matter what...

I get mad at the smallest things.

For an example, if my mother put a plate the way I don't in the rack, I'll tell her she's stupid. Yesterday, we started badminton in gym and my partner - who's also my friend - was horrible. She couldn't serve and she didn't use any energy to hit. I tried to keep it in. After...

    I Have Explosive Anger

My family has dealt with this because of me. It is scary when I can actually see myself choking the living Hell out of a complete stranger. I rage at the smallest of things because I let myself become a huge pressure cooker. My weapon is my words I can cut someone to the core in...

I'm always so angry at myself.

No good reason. I have everything I could want, a loving family, good education, no issues, nobody bullying me, but I dare to actually create more problems out of the dust that's covering my life.

    I Lose Control

I first started having anger problems when I was in middle school, but it was nothing major. I'd just get mad, scream, cry, and it was over with. When I was a freshman in high school things escalated. When I got angry I would completely lose control of my body. I'd flail around...

    Sudden, Short Bursts

I have always worn my emotions on my sleeves.

I get angry so fast that it shocks me sometimes. I black out and before I know it I'm back and I'm looking at the person who made me angry. I don't mean black out as in passing out. I can feel and see myself going off but I can't hear or comprehend any of it. I don't understand...
