    Plug your heating pad in on high before you get into the shower. Take your shower with as hot water as you can stand. Dry your body off all the way. Some people say only pat dry yourself and dont rub your skin. That doesnt work because you want your skin as dry as possible...

    Everytime after bath my thigh,
