    As far as I know I'm an adult with asthma,

    For a week now, my lungs have been very sore.

    Just had a tidbit to share.

    . Peppermint tea is a good way to temporarily relieve your symptoms. Even carrying around a water bottle with a Peppermint tea bag inside will help. I've done this on many an occasion when I wasn't around my inhaler.

    Just had a minor attack
