I Have Been Smiled At By a Stranger

Woohoo =) 503 People

I like when a stranger smile cause I smile back at them. It actually happened today, I walked the dog and on my way back, there was a red ferrari coming my way.  There was a man and his cute little blond girl.  The little girl was looking at the dog and smiling and...

    It Happens a Lot

I'm smiling all the time when I'm out, rain or shine. Even though I know smiles can be infectious sometimes I am amazed that people smile back. Most people do smile back, the vast majority. However some folks just look like a smile never cracked their face. Those are suprising...

    Glory Days

Something I wrote in high school. It was the middle of the day and I hadn't been to school in a couple of months. My friends and I drove around all day today, looking for something we knew we wouldn't find. For hours we drove, listening to music, and letting sun and freezing...

    Do This...

I have and I have gotten many smiles back. Smile and make someone's day as you pass by. I found out that 80% of those will smile back. The other 20% will probably think about it before they start smiling at other people. It's a way to make someone's day I think!

I've been smiled at by a stranger. It happens all the time in Tasmania, Australia - especially in suburbs. I thought there was something on my face initially! But it's really because the people here are uber friendly. It's great! :) Share a smile today. You never know what you...

    I'm That Stranger Smiling!!!

hehe. Yes I love to smile. And i noticed that when I smile at people, some, not all, smile back! Smiling actually creates a better, more comfortable atmosphere. I do wish that many more people out there will smile! Sometimes, it would make my day! So please smile!

    Aw Heck.

Babies and sometimes little kids will smile at me, and I'll smile back. But sometimes older people will smile at me, and heck, I'm a somewhat pretty and young woman. I'll take all the smiles I can get. :) Smile on!

    It Happens Fairly Often

Of course, they generally only smile in response to me smiling at them. I generally try to smile at people whether I know them or not. Smiles are infectious and far too infrequent.

I smiled at them, and, being the obviously nice person they were, they smiled back at me. I smiled to them again, they smiled back. I smiled, they smiled. And it went on and on. Just to see who would give in first. We're actually best friends now. Amazing what a smile can do, isn...

Something You Might Enjoy Thinking About...

By the way here is something I thought you might enjoy thinking about. All we have to do is deal with right now. Good words. All we have is now. When you think about the past it is done now. When you think about the future it is done now. So you see, all we have is now. And...

    I'm Confused

This is not that uncommon of an occurrence where I live. Strangers smile and say 'hello' all day every day. While driving down roads, you'll get the occasional finger wave (I'm not talking about getting flicked off either). We also hold doors for one another, strike up small talk...
