It depends on which stoned you speak off..however I guess I've been both. Kids when I was younger threw rocks at me. It doesn't feel good at all. But also been high off my ass later after highschool. :P The yin and yang of stoned.

I have been stoned probably twice. The other times were just buzzes. I used to smoke pot in high school. Now I am drug free!
I don't have a problem with people smoking weed because I think it's better to do that than to drink alcohol.
