    I went on a 2 week cruise from St.

    Petersburg to Moscow in Russia in 2009 (highly recommended!) and spent the afternoon in Mexico when I was on vacation with my family when I was about 10. I'd love to goto Germany, Japan, or Spain.

    I've made numerous trips to the U.

    Outside the US I have been to France,

    Italy, Greece, Switzerland (I don't care if it was just the airport, I was still there, lol), Monaco, Vatican. Next year I plan on visiting a friend in the Netherlands, and haven't decided if I want to stop by London/UK on the way, but those are two more future possibilities :)

    I've been all over the place,

    Because I have served in our military I have

    been to many countries outside the USA for the past 23 years. I just retired from the military this past July. I really loved being stationed in Europe and Australia the best. I did not mind combat assignments but was very nervous and at times scared while in these zones.

    Most of my international travel was in the late

    Actually, a few of them -

    but I'm not a tourist . . . always had some reason to go. Tried to get to know the locals, learn the language when necessary, and find out what it's like to live there. I still do it that way. That's how I learned Spanish and French - and a little Italian. :)

    I've been on 2 cruises
