I Have Been to Therapy

I used to think going to counseling was such a stupid thing so I always refused to go. It wasn't until I was 16 years old that I actually started going. I was really surprised by how much it helped. Anyone that knows me knows that when it comes to talking about really personal I...

    My Therapist...

Let me start by saying I adore my therapist. We'll call him Dr. M. When I first started seeing Dr. M. it was less than a week after I found out about the first of my husband's super-duper, double-jumbo, giant-sized lies. In the beginning I thought "this guy is too nice to...

I can't stand sitting in a room with someone who is getting paid and doesn't give a damn about my life or problems. I'd rather talk to people online about my problems than pay someone who doesn't care and can't change anything.
