On September 19th, I was standing on a deck

when it collapsed. Luckily I landed feet first instead of butt first and avoided being paralyzed. Not so luckily, I broke my right and left tibia and fibula and completely shattered both of my ankles. I was rushed to the hospital near where I live and was told my injuries were...

My most recent injury was my ribs.

For like the 3rd time. I've broken my nose. My ankle multiple times. My wrist multiple times. My knuckles so much times I can't even count. But I've never been to the hospital once for them because I don't have any type of insurance so the rule is. If I'm dead. We can go to the...

I have a lovely ski-pole type titanium rod that runs through my shin bone and is bolted in at the knee and ankle.   Its true what all those old people said about feeling weather changes in thier battered joints.   This leg is like a freaking weathervane...

    Every Birthday.

It would seem that every birthday I break something. Last school year was my first year of college. I was involved in an intramural soccer team, and I got really excited about playing! I wasn't too terribly good at the sport, but I enjoyed it and was meeting some new people. That...

In July 2014 I had a motorcycle accident.

I broke my forearm in multiple places. The docs pretty much saved the arm using thin plates screwed to my arm but my last visit the x-rays show that 3 screws have broken their heads off allowing the plate to lift off the bone . Chinese screws no doubt bought on eBay

Back in November 2011, I fell down a step and shattered my patella (knee cap). I needed surgery to pin it back together. The fracture healed quickly, it took the usual 6 weeks to fuse back together, but five months later I am still on crutches and trying to get my knee to bend...

The Scariest Moment Of My Young Life

Moments ago I was perfectly able. Moments ago, I was ready to conquer the world. Just moments ago, I was enjoying a hot summer day on the lake, celebrating my Dad's birthday with my family. Moments ago I was flung from the back of a jet ski at close to 70 mph. In the next few...
