New diagnosis of endometrial cancer - awaiting surgery.Had biopsy - adenocarcinoma of endometrium. Also atypical cells on cervical biopsy and now they tell me the cervix has attached to vaginal wall, so now they will do a vaginal hysterectomy and remove part of vaginal wall and also do an abdominal hysterectomy to complete and checl nodes, etc. Would appreciate hearing of similar Dx (diagnosis) and prognosis.
