I Have Cerebral Palsy Forum & Chat Board | Sex with CP

My 42 year old bf has cerebral palsy, but very mild.. he has scissor gait, and left arm is kinda stiffy curve, but other than that, he has no problems at all. My question is, is it hard for him to make sex with me in a missionary position? I am thinking if he'll be having some sort of knees, and thigh problems while making love. or it doesn't affect at all? thank you for your answer

 

im sure your BF would be confident enough to let you know if any position is out because of his CP, or he may subtlely lead the encounter away from problem positions

 

I know it's a terrifying thought, but maybe find a way to ask him. Hopefully that may make your relationship a more open one, maybe one that benefits from your little bit of courage. He may even thank you for it.

However, if his CP is mild he probably won't have a problem with the position itself, just the length of time in it. He will probably just get tired quick. At this point I should mention I'm a female CPer and don't actually have first hand knowledge, just a bit of insight... So I'll stick with just asking him!

 

hi there i have cp and i know that when it comes down to it if my bf and i are having sex and there is something that i cant do i am not afraid to tell him that i cant... there is also times where we try and find new and intresting way to have a good time in the bed room... all i can say is open up and talk to your bf and if he is open to it explor ways for you two to be able to try new things to make it enjoyable for the both of you

my boyfriend is 21 and also has a scissor gate. missionary is not impossible but its not our favorite. its difficult for him to get the right.... motion up in that position. we prefer girl-on-top or doggie-style.
