For about 2 week I've been experiencing

excruciating pain in my lower back. I've been wearing heels a lot lately so that can possibly be part of the problem. I have pretty good posture and I do plenty of yoga so I don't get why it's this painful. Sometimes the pain is so unbearable It's difficult to sleep :/

Hi, everyone... maybe I can find some insight

here. For the last two years, I've had back pain down my left side into my leg. MRI shows no disc problems, so I think it's all just muscular. This pain also makes it difficult to get decent breaths. Does anyone else have this problem?
