    Not Only The Shower

I've been crying in more than the shower today. I don't know if its hormones or just being depressed. I'm sick of being put down for stupid sh*t all the time. Can't I get a positive comment for once in this marriage? Rag, rag, f-ing RAG! I can't do anything right so why even try...

    It Just Happens.

When everything is going massively downhill, and my heads thumping so hard full of thoughts I'm getting a serious headache and I'm emotionally so unstable I feel dizzy, sometimes it can't be helped. I've only actually cried in the shower once, but I'm been close a few times more...

I used to a lot, especially

when they felt lonely. I'd splash the water on my face to hide the evidence cause I don't like people knowing I cried, I never liked making others worry about me

Crying In The Shower Is Good Therapy

I have told many of my clients to use water and candles while taking a bath and/or shower. I believe it is good therapy. One reason is that you are alone and you can think and cry without someone seeing you. Most women and men did not want to admit they have cried. To them it is...

It's a long story. I went to the orthodontist

to see if I need braces or not. He measured my teeth and he said I don't need them. But he wanted me to have an Xray to see if the nerve in my tooth had been destroyed or something like that. So I had the Xray and he said that the results show something unusual. There was a lump...

    Showers Can Be Sad

More than half the time I'm showering I cry. I think about life when I wake up, then cry hard in the shower over life's past regrets. Also, all I can think about is how alone I feel, and I feel hopeless about the future. Best place to wash away tears and sadness. Shower's are...

    No Red, Puffy Eyes.

The other advantage to crying in the shower (besides that no one sees you), is that your eyes aren't all red and puffy and it isn't obvious that you've been crying. (Which is why I do a few other things in the shower as well, for both of those reasons.)
