I Am Enuretic It Says So On My Medical Notes

My medical notes have always stated I am enuretic. Fortunately for me bedwetting isn't a problem. I have long since accepted and embraced my bedwetting and wouldn't go back to the nightmare of trying to stay dry at night.

    I Cope

I've always been enuretic, and it sucks when people make hurtful comments about it, like insinuating that I don't try to stop, or see the right doctor. I wish I could yell "I've effing had this my whole life, and you don't think I know anything about it and treatment options...

I Have Enuresis, And It Sucks

I have had it al my life, and don't see it changing. I've been to lots of doctors, had every kind of exam done to see why I wet, and still nothing helps. It is part of life. Maybe it's not one of the more pleasant aspects, but it's life nontheless.

    One Glass Too Many!

I was out with some old friends from school yesterday and we went for a nice meal in the evening, a pizza, yummy :) My friends were both drinking wine, and I decided it would be ok to risk just half a glass. Well, one thing led to another and I ended up having two glasses. BIG...

A Question For Current And Former 'real' Bedwetters

Of course I can't stop voluntary bedwetters from commenting, but this is intended for involuntary ones... Reading the experiences on EP I think I notice a pattern, that bedwetters are attracted to other bedwetters as partners even before they tell each other about the situation...

    Nocturnal Enuresis

I never stopped wetting the bed. There is nothing I can do to stop it. I have to wear a diaper every night. When I was young it made me feel terrible about myself, but now I don't care anymore. I wet in my sleep maybe 4 or 5 nights a week. That's a lot. I would like to meet...

Cause of my bedwetting has been diagnosed

as Neurogenic Bladder. What started as bedwetting is now total incontinence so consequently I now wear diapers 24/7 to manage the problem. I reccomend Tranquility ATN Briefs. If need more absorbant of a product try, Abena, ConfiDry 24 / 7 or Wellness briefs. These three...

    New Poll

I just created a new poll, did you pass your enuresis on to your children? If yes, I'm curious how you help them cope.... Do they blame you? etc. Please reply in this thread. Myself, I answered not sure, because there is a child but the ******* **** stole it, so I know...

    Pee Diary

I was wondering if anyone else had kept a pee diary for their incontinence doc/nurse. I haven't done one for years, but I'm giving stretching my bladder another go - although I've not really had much luck in the past. I'm on a timer at the mo and can't pee until half one and I...

My Mom "checked The Box" When I Went To College

I am a life long bedwetter. When I was accepted at college, my mother checked the "bedwetting" box on the medical forms. When I was assigned to my dorm, my roommate also had a bedwetting problem -actually worse than mine. We each had a plastic cover on our mattress and discretely...

    Enuretic and incontinent it says

so in my medical records. Comes as a bit of a shock when you see it on the computer screen at the Doctors or when I saw it at my diabetic appointment but have got used to it now. The new diabetic nurse I saw the other week was more embarrassed than me.
