How The Hell Can I Stop The Noise?

After a bit of Googling it looks like I have Exploding Head Syndrome. It's where as I am just about to fall asleep I hear an extremely deafening noise inside my head (usually a very high pitch buzz/ring or a droning whoosh sound) I can hear it quietly as I'm getting tired and...

    This has been happening ever

since I was a child. I lay in bed, dozing off and all of the sudden a huge electric shock sound bursts in my head. It's deafening, painful and terrifying. Often, it would make me fall out of bed, stunned. I've never shared this with anyone because I didn't know what it was until...

    Blurred

I usually hear the intense ringing and see the flash of light during sleep. I've also experienced it right before having out of body experiences. When it happens I can usually feel myself trying to pull away from my physical body. It's almost painful, but more shocking than...

    Terrifying

It is the most terrifying experience when it happens, I have no control over how terrified I feel and last night it happened, I thought there had been a horrible car accident outside my bedroom window. It makes me afraid to go back to sleep, I walk around the house over and over...

    I Barely Sleep.

I have exploding head sydrome which means anytime i try and fall asleep or anything, i hear a loud ringing noise in my head. I am the only one who can hear it, and cannot be cured in any way. So i almost never sleep.
