    It's tiring to hold grudges.

I think forgiving people is like being set free, in a way. It's kind of like saying you're above the pain others put you through.

    I honestly have forgiven them.

However, can't get the memories out of my head and that sometimes messes me up in my relationship with people. Even after all these years still don't let anyone close.

For some reason, this morning I woke up with

the spirit of forgiveness. God laid it on my heart to contact those who have hurt me & to just forgive them. He also put it on my heart to apologize to people whom I have hurt. And even though it's been hard for me to, it came so easy today. It felt SO good. It really took a...

I have forgiven most of them.

But there's one from college. Her lunatic brother beat me badly and made a concerted effort to remove me from the gene pool. He put me in the hospital. When the police arrested him, she freaked out on me and put a cinderblock through my car's windshield. Never go out with anyone...

It's just not easy to forgive.

. When people tell me that they forgive.. I don't believe them. I just think we naturally carry grudges, not because we are bad people.. It's just because we are human. I've been meditating for the last 3 years and Its all about letting go of your attachments .. And I found that...
