I Have Good Manners

I think it was Audrey Hepburn who said that good manners can be a way of showing love to strangers. 635 People

The Big Question. How Much Do They Cost??

Nothing , no cost, a brass razoo.there free. Let me tell you something. You don't need to be Einstein to work out, that most people like a person who is polite, and considerate to a perfect stranger. I often open doors for a female. They don't have to be, drop dead gorgeous...

I find sometimes that I get tired of the

requirement of being polite to people. Sometimes it feels so fake an animatronic. Pleasing others use to make me feel good, but now it does not feel rewarding.

People Never Cease To Amaze Me.

'Excuse me' is such a tiny gesture to show respect to another. Too bad 90% of people are so rude that they can't fix their mouth to say excuse me. Ask 'may I have a piece of _____?' Instead of reaching for it. Most people are downright animals. I found that real gangsters, and...

My mother raised me to have good manners. I always say 'please' and 'thank you', I excuse myself when I have to leave the table or the room, and I always make sure guests are accomodated before I am, etc. There are a million little things that go toward having good manners. I...

Yep. Even my belongings practice good manners.

I held the door open for the lady behind me but apparently my bag decided that I didn't hold it open long enough - as I started to walk away I was suddenly yanked backwards when the strap of my bag caught on the door. Thanks for teaching me a valuable lesson, bag. That wasn't...

    Proper Manners

I have also gained proper manners.I would not talk with my mouth full because it is disgusting and violate the social norm. I would greet people at the door, and give them a firm handshake. I always say please and thank you often, and introduce myself in a polite way.
