    I get random panic attacks.

It's very terrifying and also tiring. Worrying when I will have the next one and who will be around is always in my head, which adds to the anxiety which causes the attacks. It's a very vicious cycle. There are always many stressors in my life, I wish I could handle them better...

Perhaps The Beginnings Of An Attack?

I was on holiday in Indonesia with my Dad and Aunty recently. One night I was casually having a discussion about prostitution (as you do) when I began to feel quite anxious, seemingly over nothing.I felt a lump developing in my throat and felt a bit shaky. Next thing I knew I was...

My first panic attack was a few weeks back

when I was worrying over something really bad, the panic attack was so bad I was gasping for breath and was hyperventilating. One positive effect was I got 2 days off school :P but yes I know I shouldn't be trying to be funny. Then like 3 weeks ago I had my second panic attack...

and all I could think about was when the pain would be over. It started out as a small pain in my side but it progressed over a few months to a full blown panic attack. My parents both own their own companies and work all day until very late at night. I grew up being used to...

    Had Them - Now, I Don't - And - I Don't Miss Them

I've been hyper-active (even ADD) all my life. I ran wide open on everything I've done. I believe that, in my case, the panic attacks that I experienced were a way of telling me to slow down, smell the roses and re-think personal priorities. I had warnings of things to come...

The first panic attack I experienced has two

very odd contributing factors. One being I had a very very strong latte at this little cafe. And the other involves a belly bar piercing. So, the strong coffee put me on a sweaty shakey amped edge. As it often does. I had a hot shower maybe a little too hot. Jumped out bent my...
