    My friend had one today.

We were in class and everything was going fine, we were working on a little project together while laughing and everything. About 15 minutes later when class ended, she started to get very shaky and asked me to take her to the nurse (she won't care). I was confused because she...

My mother in-law used to suffer panic attacks

all the time. One day, she got angry. I mean VERY angry at her son. He had been making her life hell. Things had been eating at her for years and she had been bottling them up inside. She started yelling at him, and after a few minutes, it was like the flood gates were thrown...

I do have an anxiety disorder

that is controlled by medication. I've had panic attacks and they're not very pleasant. They don't happen very often, but, when they do, I do my best to not let them get the best of me.

    Just Breathe And Redirect

Had a panic attack last night,

was pretty intense. The main problem with it was, I was trying to sleep so I kept having a dream overload, so all my dreams were about 5 seconds long in quick succession, and were very confusing and bizarre. I've never had a fever dream but I imagine what I experienced would be...

Here where I live, the average height

for girls is 5'6 and of course guys are even taller... So when I stand in a huge crowd all tiny and barely over 5 feet, I start losing it and feeling weird. I especially hate when I can't move anywhere... Being stuck in a crowd of people taller than you is the worst!

    Panic Attacks And Panic Disorder

I was always an extremely anxious person, always sensitive, always a worrier.  Looking back now, I can see that I had panic attacks as far back as grade school.  Of course, as a child, I only thought that I was constantly sick.  I was constantly needing to go to...

I had my first panic attack in the third grade.

I don't get them often, and haven't actually had that many. I didn't even see that they were panic attacks until my recent one. I was a dancer. In the eighth grade, however, dance was just too much. I was on a team where I felt extremely insecure all the time. My depression...
