Cheers for XRAYS!!! 562 People

    Yeah

I've had many x-rays done.  But one time was just because I closed the car door on my thumb when I was getting out of the car.  Turned out it wasn't broken but my nail turned black and blue and a bubble of blood formed on the tip of my thumb, underneath my nail...

    Who Hasn't?

Lots and lots of my mouth, right shoulder for a collarbone, many years later left shoulder for a collarbone, can't count how many chest X-rays, and lots of fluoroscopes of my feet to see it the shoe fits (back in the day a great sales gimmick - they were free outside the door to...

    My Last X-Ray

It was two days before new years eve and i was storming down the stairs when my foot gave way at the bottom of them. My ankle twisted to one side and i heard a massive crunch noise. I got up and walked on and carried on with my mission, i think that i was just so angry that i...

    Glowing Recommendations

I've had four x-rays so far.  Three had to do with ulcers, and one for my bladder. I was too stressed and worried and intense as a young man.  Guess I thought thriving on stress was a good thing.  By the time I was twenty, however, I'd burned a hole in my...

    Just This Week

I had one just this week to confirm my doctor's diagnosis of pneumonia.  I like the fact that radiology has gone digital now so as soon as the x-ray's been taken the radiologist can look at it and often you get to see it right away too.  No more waiting for the film to...

    Quite A Few....

I am sure I have had some that I can't remember. The one I do remember is when I hurt my fingers during gymnastics and they had to be xrayed. I have also had lots of dental xrays as well, especially recently.

the years and apart from having to lay in uncomfortable positions they haven't been too bad. The one I remember most vividly was the x-ray they took of my knees after I was knocked down by a car. I arrived at A&E and the doctor did a quick assessment of my injuries (which...
