    Hate It.

I've had sleep paralysis so many times. I really hate it. I haven't had it in a while, though. When it happens, though, I at least realize it's happening and am able to just wait till it's over and not panic. It's still not a good experience, though.

while you are sleeping alone. Firstly, because there is no one around to rescue you while you are striving to move and secondly because you get scared to go back to sleep for another two reasons, one is that you are already scared of the things you saw in the room and two is...

The worst times I've had it was after I had my two kids. Very uncomfortable feeling, as if something heavy was sitting on my chest. I fight to wake myself up. I've heard that the best way to wake up from this is to let yourself fall in to a deep sleep, not to fight the tension.
