Here are a few tips...
- I have gone into SP almost weekly. It is more when I am stressed and I even know when its going to happen before I go to sleep. It is getting more scary because the last couple of times I have felt arms around me. It goes away when I wake myself up.
- I have had SP since I was a little kid (probably 6 years old). I've found the only thing that helps is Benadryl or Tylenol PM. It helps you fall asleep without discretion though it will be habit forming if you're like me and have SP all the time.
