once was when i was pregnant with my second son. It was in the day and being about 6 months pregnant i was so tired so decided to have a nap before picking my other son up from school. The alarm had gone off but i laid there and thought i would just try and wake up a bit before...

This happened to me a few times years ago.

It felt like I could not lift my head or open my eyes but I was definitely awake. It was terrifying!

They say Sleep Paralysis doesn't cause harm.

Just wondering if I'm the only who has had some happened to me like after SP. like while I was having SP I saw a huge black beetle. It kept going into my arm. then again and again. when I woke up my arm was tingling. The whole day my hand and arm wouldn't stop shaking.

    While Visiting My Parents....

Ive been experiencing this since I was 17. They come and go...the occurrences are VERY random. Maybe if i had more time I'd write a story and go into detail with some of the more scarier ones but right now I want to focus on this last one. Each time they get worse..but this time...

and all 5 of them were terrifying. I usually don't see things when I have it though. I usually hear noises and it sends me in a panic and I would try to scream but nothing would come out, this happened 3 out of the 5 times. Once I woke up from a nightmare that I was going to be...

It happened once, and my experience was a bit

unique. I was eight. I opened my eyes to find that I could not move my body. I was terrified, and I tried to move... And then I was too tired to be afraid, so I gave up and fell back asleep.

I experience sleep paralysis A LOT.

But it's only when I am at my dad's house. Last night I woke up at 3 o'clock. I was laying on the couch with my eyes closed and trying to go back to sleep and in my head the words "I HATE YOU" were yelled. And then I heard something hit the back of the couch. It scared me, so I...

it was terrifying! Usually, now that I know what it is I can handle it; but last night I was in a deep sleep and I heard a voice I didn't recognize say "wake up" so I thought there was something wrong (in reality it was my sleep audios I use for insomnia). Of course, I couldn't...
