    I Hate It.

I'm in college right now, and it started when I was a sophomore, a little over two years ago.  The first time, I had no idea what was going on.  I think in the past that I could sometimes feel it coming on but when I felt it I would get uncomfortable so I would just get...

When I was younger, I used to see this dark

figure, it seems like a male, next to my bed and then I can't seem to move. And I start to panic and get scared. Anyone else experienced this?

    I had sleep paralysis today

when I took a nap. But it wasn't scary like it normally is, I managed to use it to control the beginning of one of my dreams. I can't always control dream for long yet, but I'm getting closer to lucid dreaming!

Man, I had a case last night,

it was terrifying! Usually, now that I know what it is I can handle it; but last night I was in a deep sleep and I heard a voice I didn't recognize say "wake up" so I thought there was something wrong (in reality it was my sleep audios I use for insomnia). Of course, I couldn't...

When I have sleep paralysis I always have this

'dream' about drowning in water and I can't move. I would also hear millions of my different people shout to me. Repeating this: "Fight to live. FIGHT TO LIVE BROTHER" And then I would suddenly reach my hand out and bam. I wake up and am no longer paralysed.
