when I took a nap. But it wasn't scary like it normally is, I managed to use it to control the beginning of one of my dreams. I can't always control dream for long yet, but I'm getting closer to lucid dreaming!

It's been while since I've had sleep paralysis.

..probably a month. Last time I feel I had the capability to leave my body, but I decided to wake myself up. Think this time I will try and leave it and see what happens.

    It is always the same.

I am in my bedroom I know I am awake, but I can't open my eyes or move at all. I can hear steps and voices and I always try to scream so my parents hear me and come and wake me up. But it doesn't work and the noises come closer. I feel so awful and helpless.

    It happens once a week

or so. I would fully wake up, and the man would be standing there waiting for me. He stretches out his hand, and I can't move, can't breathe, can't do anything. It's painful. I black out, and when I wake up, he's gone.
