    For kidney stones! It's the most awful pain!

    I Was That Sickly Child People Stared At.

    I was the one with the sunken eyes and skinny legs and pale skin you could see through. I had biopsies and a LAP band surgery. I can't say it was too horrible and, fifteen years later, I'm healthy and grateful. Although, I sometimes dream about purple gloves.

    My Surgery Was a Positive Experience

    My gallbladder was removed. I got the Laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery. I now have 3 small scars that have faded away. No complications. The problems I was having prior to the surgery are gone.
