I Have Had To Be On Crutches

I have had the experince of using crutches 162 People

    Three Times

I was on crutches in grade school for several weeks with a severely sprained ankle, 8 weeks in high school when I broke my leg and once in college when I tore the ligaments in another ankle.  If nothing else it's a good way to build upper body strength.

What Are The Best Crutches To Use For Travelling?

I am using underam ones which I find so much more practical for carrying things, and they are really good for being able to lean on them and keeping my hands free. The only problem with them is they often chafe the top of my ribs so my doctor suggested I go shirtless, which...

I've been on crutches 2 other times,

and now this is the third time. I actually have a question though. since I can only wear sweat pants, I have no pockets. sweat shirt pockets are too shallow to hold my phone so I can listen to music. does anyone know how I can crutch along places while listening to earphones?

    I Have Been On Crutches

I have been on crutches more than a couple of times. You would think that with the modern day developments they could improve the comfort of the damn things. They have made ergonomic keyboards and chairs and other things to make them more comfortable to use, but crutches have and...

    So Did I.

When I was about 10 years old I went through a glass door that was shut in my face on purpose and I didn't stop in time. Glass and blood everywhere as my left leg at my shin was sliced open and I could feel the cold going into my leg. I was in hospital for a few weeks and many...
